Bug Fixes
The Book Value report and the Asset Listing by Grant/Source report has been updated to put the tag number and the description on their own separate columns when generating the CSV version. PDF version of the report remains unchanged. Prior to update, there were 2 lines per Tag# on the csv file.
The time zone has been corrected to be EST. This will allow reports to reflect the correct time. In addition, the User timestamps were previously displaying in military format and this has also been updated to display EST.

Leave Requests>View District Leave: when editing a professional LR w/expenses, it was allowing user to edit the daily details as well. These fields should be read-only... should only be able to edit the leave expense data. 1040 17.0
When editing a leave request on a BO date, if you remove the leave type, you may receive a null pointer exception stack trace. This has been corrected. 1039 17.0
The originator of a leave request may receive error upon saving changes to a rejected leave request; the stack trace suggests an incorrect load of data from the database. Corrected the error. 1121 18.0
Inconsistencies reported where ‘Sub Needed’ check box (when creating multiple leave requests) was sometimes in read only, sometimes checked, sometimes unchecked. This has been resolved by preventing sub needed property from being set to read only after entering a leave request 1055 18.0
Leave Request grids start and end date filters: If users aren’t entering a start/end date (leaving it default to 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM), the start/end date filters on the grids weren’t picking those up correctly. This has been resolved 1086 18.0

Employee Profile View: It was reported that user’s legal name in USPS is not the same in ESS. Corrected it so the legal name field displays the correct name from USPS 1056 17.0

Leave Management>Blackout Date: Corrected it so the entire day checkbox is read-only when viewing a BO holiday (i.e. BO grid and calendar) 1044 17.0
