The advanced searches can be saved and recalled later, and will also be available as filters in the detail reports(Configure Filter tab) when customizing a report with the same Object as the grid they were created on. Please use this link for further detail on custom reports. If the user chooses to save the search they would enter in a Query name and click on 
. To recall a previously saved query, select the desired one from the drop down box
