Beginning with version 2.3-0 of EMISFFE, there should no longer be any browser compatibility issues with the various User Setup options. The browser issue with Internet Explorer appears to have been resolved with IE 11.
The User Setup screens function best with Firefox or Chrome. Internet Explorer may be used, but in order to see the Search, List and Create options when hovering over 'Users', Internet Explorer has to be set to Compatibility View.

An ITC user will have a button at the top of the main EMISFFE page (after log in) allowing them to access User Setup.
