If your ITC is submitting 1099, ODJFS and/or W2 information on behalf of your districts, enter the ITCs information under Organization. It includes:
- Name and address , Address, and Federal, State EIN and ODJFS numbers of the ITC
- W2 Submitter Configuration information of the ITC. This includes the contact information), company address and submitter address information. If the company and submitter addresses are the same, please check
and the company address will be used for the submitter address. If left unchecked, you can enter the submitter address information. - Once you click
, changes will be made and a message will appear stating 'Organization Stored'
