Users have the ability to print individual records or multiple records at one time.

Individual

Report Printing

The  Image Removed inside Select Image Added  inside the grid may be used to print a copy of a new or existing recordrecords. Once the user clicks on Image Removed Image Added, a pop up window will appear allowing the user to choose what type of output format, Page Size, Orientation and Name to print and if they would like to Save the Report.

Once the output type is chosen and the user clicked clicks on printGenerate Report,  a pop up will appear displaying the record. Click on the printer icon icon Image Added (or print option under the File menu) provided on the user's browser.

Printing Multiple Records

The Image Removed displayed at the top of the grid will print multiple records at one time. In order for the Image Removedto be active records must first be checked. The user can check individual boxes beside the desired records or query for the records and use the check at the top of the grid to select all records.  Then click on Image Added to create a report of the items selected.Image Removed

Image Added

The user will then click on Image Removed Image Added, a pop up window will appear allowing the user to choose what type of output format, Page Size, Orientation and Name to print and if they would like to Save the Report. Once the output type is chosen and the user clicks on print, a pop up will appear displaying all the selected records. Click on the printer icon (or print option under the File menu) provided on the user's browser.
