Summary
We have made some additional improvements to USAS-R with the release of version 8.20.0. This release contains exciting new features, improvements and bug fixes as detailed in the release notes below.
- The ability to include attachments has been added to the Requisition. This enhancement was completed in preparation for the requisition workflow that will be available later this fall.
- Corrected a problem with the Account Change process that caused an account change to fail, causing some accounts to not update properly. This particular problem was specific to a single district and this issue also fixes the data. While debugging this problem we also made some performance improvements to speed up the process.
- We corrected a problem that prevented the ACH Active field from properly initializing when a new vendor is created. By default the value is false unless ACH is enabled.
- Improved the Customer Statement to include all activity for the period the report is generated before. Previously the statement did not include credits.
- Created the Appropriation Resolution Recap report. This report will be an additional page when generating the Appropriation Resolution and will default to Summarize by Fund. If you chose to summarize by fund/scc you simply need to uncheck the Summarize by Fund checkbox.
- The Accounts Receivable report has been updated to correctly report Governmental Funds types to only report those that meet the criteria - elaborate on this.
- Created Service Layer for OPUs.
- Created Service Layer for Organization.

Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release. There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes.
