USAS-R v8.13.0 (1/15/21) *** UPDATE THIS ***
- Ability to emaill AR Bills to customers.
- Ability to import AP Invoices vis via CSV.
- Patch to clean up encumbrances for a handful districts who have partial invoices after full invoices. The POs are no longer invoiceable but have an encumbrance discrepancy.
- Patch to remove POs that were not cleaned up prior to "go live". Districts were unable to correct the transactions without SSDT assistance.
