Prioritization Items to Discuss

1. Production version of the Inventory application release on schedule, Monday 8/16/21.

Items from the floor?  

1. Inventory questions
   1. What will the release schedule for inventory be?
      1. Inventory is on 2 week sprints and will maintain a separate inventory team and sprints for now.  Will eventually be on a 2 week release cycle.
   2. When will EIS CD be available?
      1. The first major changes coming to Inventory
         1. EISCD
         2. LDAP
         3. Audit report (auditing is being done but report is not available)
   3. Inventory must be migrated as EIS will sunset with the rest of the classic software.  USAS must be migrated first.
2. Account filter questions 
   1. What if a bundle contains a report that uses the account filter?
      1. The report will be empty.
   2. What if a report is generated via a save set that uses a filter that is not active?
      1. The report will be empty.
   3. What happens to the user account if the filter is marked inactive?
      1. The user will not have access to accounts and will not be able to post transactions that require accounts.
      2. Jodi to include details in the release notes.  If SSDT can create a report to help show what filters are linked to user accounts we will.
3. Question about a district using another software for accounting/payroll but wanting to use Inventory as stand alone.
   1. District would need to pay the fee for state software.
   2. There are 2 integration points with USAS (future backlog issues) validating account numbers and vendor name and number.
