The following contains minimum recommendations for preserving legacy data for all districts served by an Information Technology Center (ITC) when Classic State Software is retired. This list contains the names of reports was compiled in collaboration with a that should be archived in Portable Document Format (PDF) and made available to districts in a manner chosen by each ITC. This list was created by a small volunteer subcommittee composed of Matt of Matt Calmes, Jeff Culwell, Jill Griffith, Mary Meyers and Rhonda Zimmerly in the fall of 2019. It contains recommendations for what should be preserved for all districts served by an ITC when Classic State Software is retired.
