As of November 24th, 2023, Jira and Jira Service Desk migrated to a cloud based instance. Any customized dashboard you created in Jira prior to migration will not transfer to the cloud-based JIRA. You will need to recreate your custom dashboard(s) in the cloud-based instance of JIRA. |
Logging into JIRA
- When accessing the JIRA Dashboards link, https://mcoecn.atlassian.net/jira/dashboards/10000 you will be taken to the default system dashboard. You must log into JIRA in order to create a custom dashboard and filters. Use the Icon to the far right of the page to log in.

Creating your Custom Dashboard
Under Dashboards, select 'View all dashboards'. It will display the default dashboard. In order to create a separate custom dashboard (using the default set up), click on the … icon on the far right of the default dashboard and select Copy.
