Creating your own custom dashboard allows you to create various filters for many of the projects provided in JIRA such as USAS-R, USPS-R, Inventory, Workflows, ITC-M and their feedback projects.

As of November 24th, 2023, Jira and Jira Service Desk migrated to a cloud based instance. Any customized dashboards you created in Jira prior to migration will not transfer to the cloud-based JIRA. You will need to recreate your custom dashboard(s) in the cloud-based instance of JIRA. |
Logging into JIRA
- When accessing the JIRA Dashboards link, https://mcoecn.atlassian.net/jira/dashboards/10000 you will be taken to the default system dashboard. You must log into JIRA in order to create a custom dashboard and filters. Use the Icon to the far right of the page to log in.
