Date 'Shortcuts'

Many of the grid queries, entry screens and reports allow for a date or date range to be entered.  For example, you can use the beginning and ending characters to indicate the beginning and ending dates for the current applicable period.  Please note these aren't case-sensitive.sensitive:

YeaR (Calendar)

Y - Jan 1  January 1st of current calendar year 1/1/18 

R - Dec  December 31 of current calendar year 12/31/18 

FiscaL

F - July 1  1st day of current fiscal yearstart date 7/1/17

L - June 30   Last day of current fiscal yearend date 6/30/18

MontH (based on current system date)

M - first  1st day of current month 4/1/18

H - last  Last day of current month 4/30/18

WeeK

W - Sunday  15th day of current month 4/15/18

K -  Saturday of current week 4/21/18

PerioD (Posting Period)

P - first  1st day of current posting periodnext month 5/1/18
