   1. No one felt this was important.
3. Items from the floor?  MVECA: EXPROC for 2021 roadmap?  They have several districts using it.We determined the districts using exproc were doing so to quickly catch up on posting transactions and not for the intended use of posting memo transactions.  We feel the ability to clone POs and post invoices and POs via CSV will help to facilitate the processInventory user focus group
   1. Reaching out about lesser used fields
   2. Bar codes: we explained to the committee that this was brought up several years ago, but the current inventory user focus group did not feel it was as urgent or important for the business office.
      1. Summation:  The committee felt that this was an important enhancement that should be implemented early on once the initial release of inventory is made available.  
4. 2021 Roadmap
   1. Electronic images: the issue in the feedback project was specific to allowing users to upload and attach the vendor's invoice to the USAS AP Invoice.  This does not encapsulate a full voucher packet type enhancement.  Committee agreed that this could wait until a full implementation could be scheduled.
   2. The proration utility and federal assistance changes both totaled the number of story points to include the top 2 feedback issues based on survey votes.  After much conversation it was decided to keep both of those features and include the remaining VERINV functionality.  In order to accomplish this we will make less improvements to the AR customer statement and not implement the ability to print receipts based on selected payments.
