Users have the ability to print individual records or multiple records at one time. This generally applies to transactions based grids (Purchase Order, Disbursement, etc.)
Individual Printing

on each individual row of the grid may be used to print a copy of a new or existing record. Once the user clicks on 
, a pop up window will appear allowing the user to choose what type of output format to print.

Output formats available for printing are XML or PDF. XML format is commonly used with third party printing applications.
Once the output type is chosen and the user clicked on print, a new tab or file will appear displaying the record. Click on the printer icon (or print option under the File menu) provided on the user's browser to print.
Printing Multiple Records
The 
option displayed at the top of the grid will print multiple records at one time. In order for the 
option to be active records must first be checked. The user can check individual boxes beside the desired records or query for the records and use the check at the top of the grid to select all records.
