If your ITC is submitting 1099, ODJFS and/or W2 information on behalf of your districts, enter the ITCs information under Organization. It includes name and address of the ITC,  submitter information for the ITC, submitter address information if different than organization and company address.  What is the difference between 'address' and 'company address'??

NOTE: Check the Image Removedbox and the data entered in the Address fields on the Organization record will be utilized.:

  • Name, Address, and Federal, State EIN and ODJFS numbers of the ITC
  • Form 1099 Submitter Configuration: please check Image Addedif the organization (submitter) is already approved for combined Federal/State Filing.
  • W2 Submitter Configuration information of the ITC.  This includes the contact information), company address and submitter address information.  If the company and submitter addresses are the same, please check Image Added  and the company address will be used for the submitter address.  If left unchecked, you can enter the submitter address information. 
  • Once you click Image Added, changes will be made and a message will appear stating 'Organization Stored'
