Prioritization Items to Discuss

1. Custodial Fund changes for FY22 (timeline)
   1. currently scheduled for 8.23 release on 6/18/21.  Should we wait until 8.24 release on 7/2/21?
      1. Some treasures are already dealing with these upcoming changes so the current schedule works.  Others felt the FY 22 changes should be made available in FY22 on 7/2/21.
      2. Jodi will reach out to AOS to confirm and report back next month.
2. Workflows: Reqs and POs
   1. would like a drop down selection to choose who to send to for approval
   2. would like to push transaction to group of approvers so whoever is available can approve the transaction and keep the flow moving.  Use case to prevent: someone is out of the office and the workflow stops.
      1. would also like to push the req through the process if the next person in the workflow approval is out of the office.  
   3. notifying users they have work to approve: via email with a link to the transactions that will take them to the app so they can log in and review the transactions that need to be approved.
   4. ability to turn off the previously mentioned email notifications as some people get too much email.  
   5. would like notification to requisitioner/creator of transaction to let them know the status of the approval process
   6. would like approver to have the ability to modify the account on the requisition if it's incorrect (instead of rejecting it)
   7. would like a notification to explain that just because a requisition is approved does not mean it's an authorized purchase
      1. Because the purchase is not authorized at that point, would like a tooltip to make sure it’s clear the transaction is part of the workflow but is not an official PO until you receive official notification.
   8. would like a notification when closing the posting period if there are transactions in the workflow process that have not yet been approved,
   9. would like to archive the entire process through the creation of the req through the check
      1. this sounds more like document archival which is outside the scope of the workflow project
   10. would like the ability to add attachments, for example the quote would be attached to the req.  It was noted the ability to attach documents to the req would make the entire workflow from req to po paperless.
3. Items from the floor?
   1. Brian (ACCESS) would like the ability to use customized billings when emailing bills to customers.  Really nice feature that isn't being used because the custom forms cannot be selected.  Also, would like to provide a default email body message.
