In order to see the 'Workflows Configuration', under System/Modules, click on Image Added next to the Workflow Module.   This module requires to refresh the page.

The Workflows Admin grid will show the tasks that are in progress for an Employee Onboarding.  Administrators (Admin) will automatically have this permission by default through the USPS permission they have.  Other employee's can be given the USPS_WORKFLOWS_ADMIN permission under Roles.
