The Ohio SOAP agents consist of two independent components.

  • SOAP USAS Agent
  • SOAP USPS Agent

USAS and USPS are accounting and payroll services developed by Ohio. The Ohio SOAP SIF agents adapt these two SOAP web services into SIF compatible data.
The SOAP agents connect to a Zone Integration Server (ZIS) to service requests for accounting and payroll data. When a request for this data is received, the associated SOAP service is contacted, and the resulting data is translated into SIF.
