This page will be used to disseminate information pertaining to the Ohio SOAP SIF Agents that may be useful to others. 

SOAPDB errors

MEC experienced issues with their SIF collections after performing an upgrade to their Data Collector and ZIS. When checking log files, the common error was "ava.sql.SQLException: Failed to start database 'directory:soapDB' with class loader sun.misc.Launcher$AppClassLoader@11b86e7, see the next exception for details."

MEC compiled this SIF_Request Errors SOAPDB.pdf document that details the issue and the steps taken to resolve the problem.  Thanks go to Jeff Culwell and others at MEC for compiling and sharing this information.
