This release of Employee Self Service contains bug fixes, improvements and new features. See important highlights below.

Important - This version of Employee Self Service requires USPS 2025.12.0 and Workflows 1.4.1. Make sure these applications have been updated.

This release of Employee Self Service will disable the Leave Request Adjustment feature until further notice. More work will be done in the coming weeks before this feature can be enabled.

For adjustments that have already been added, you will be able to continue to extract CSV files to load them into payroll.

Important highlights from this release

  • Bug Fixes

    • Leave Requests - leave request adjustments incorrectly preventing users from entering leave that has been offset with adjustments.

    • Users Grid

      • Correct error preventing roles filter from working properly.

      • Prevent Admin user from being locked by the grid lock button.

  • Improvements

    • Timesheets - ignore any line items with zero hours worked when exporting.

    • Audit Report - require a start and end date.

    • Audit Trail - store username as a fallback if user is deleted.

  • New Features

    • New W2C tab added to the W2 view.

  • Internal

    • Change logging level of the Spring Framework windows active directory loggers to ERROR
