Fix a bug that locks the UI from navigation after a Missing Employee error
Fix a bug that allows null values for split shift field to cause down stream processing errors in Timesheets
Fix a bug preventing date code notifications from firing in specific situations
Fix a bug that was incorrectly adding break time to split shift timesheet line items
Improvements
Timesheet - Improve frontend data structures (no change from the user perspective)
