This is the first early access release of Employee Self Service. Please find the links to documentation, install guide and kiosk import below.

Important - This version of Employee Self Service requires USPS 2024.8.0 and Workflows 1.1.0. Make sure these applications have been updated.

Important highlights from this release

Bug Fixes

  • Correct Leave Request Category Filter

  • Correct User Name filters

  • Correct NPE in Leave Expense Report View

  • Correct query for USPS Employee when loading Users from Kiosk

  • Correct error when selection box is empty and add is clicked in Group Chains

  • Correct blank value for Sub Category - Associated Absences when importing from Kiosk

Improvements

  • Building Codes have been updated to include a new Building IRN property in USPS https://mcoecn.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/uspsr/pages/348192769

    • This property needs to be updated in USPS by the end Users for all Buildings if they plan to use Employee Self Service

      • Building Code will be the primary source for Buildings in Employee Self Service, but the IRN will be required for Import from Kiosk and AESOP Integration

      • Once code have been updated in USPS, you can use the Position Sync option to pull the updated values into Employee Self Service

  • Kiosk Group Member Loader has been updated to handle the generic Supervisor / Manager options from Kiosk

  • Retroactive Blackout Dates will update existing leave requests that have not been exported to return the leave to the employee

  • User form - general layout improvements

New Features

  • User Mass Load

    • A CSV upload option has been created for Users

    • Users can be created or updated depending on the columns included

  • User Grid Extract Report

    • A new report option has been added to the Users Grid

    • This report will extract the Users based on the current filters

    • The headers of the CSV report will match the User Mass Load
