Summary
This release of the SSDT Inventory application contains the following bug fix as detailed below.
Improvements
The SOC1 Audit Bundle is now available in Inventory under the Reports menu. The bundle can be generated and downloaded immediately, or it can be run as a job both immediately or as a scheduled job via cron expression. If choosing the CRON option, a Cron Expression entry field will open. Links for assistance generating a cron expression can be found in the documentation soon. Once the job has been submitted, you can view it via the System menu under the Jobs tab. If needed, you can cancel a scheduled SOC1 Audit job via the Cancel Job button in the bundle UI. The Download Zip File option should be used if the district would like a copy of the reports. Once Document Store becomes available a copy of the generated files will be sent to Document Storage as part of the job and will not be a separate step. At that time, the download option will become obsolete and will be removed.
The zip file naming convention will be similar to that in USxS: “SCHOOLIRN_FY_SOC-INV_TIMESTAMP.ZIP”
Example: 999999_2025_SOC-INV_2025-07-29-120515.ZIP
The reports included in the zip file generated by the job are:
SSDT User Listing AOS Extract
this report has been updated to include the 2 factor authentication and password expired fields.
SSDT Authentication and Password Requirement Configuration Report
this report has been updated to include the district name and IRN
SSDT Default Break in Detection and Evasion Rule Report
this report has been updated to include the district name and IRN
The zip file will be sent via sftp to a predetermine server location at the MCOECN per AOS. From here the auditors will access the files needed for the district.
Once the job has been submitted you can view it’s details via the System/Configuration/Jobs menu option.
The SOC1 Audit Bundle is a restricted feature available to group manager and admin users only.
Here is some information about the Cron expression I referenced. The Inventory documentation will be updated shortly to include this information:
A Cron Expression is a command set up to run periodically at fixed times, dates, or intervals. Cron Expressions can be generated using an online source for the desired time period and then copied and pasted into the Event Trigger field.
