Inventory 2025.6.1 Hotfix Notes

Summary

This is the first hotfix release for version 2025.6.0.

Important Highlights

This hotfix corrects the following problems.

Bug Fix/Patch

• A problem that prevented the user’s last login from properly updating.

• Disabled a patch that was released in January (v2025.0.0) to assist districts with closing fiscal years that were created prior to the import date. The patch updated the fiscal year to be closed, but did not run any of the fiscal closing processes as that was not necessary in this particular case. The patch has been removed so it will no longer run.

  • This patch ran for 2 districts that recently started up on inventory, marking the fiscal year as closed but did not generate the fiscal bundle or update depreciation. The impacted districts were able to reopen and close the fiscal year, which ran all fiscal year close processes successfully (bundle generation and depreciation calculation).

  • We do not suspect this is a widespread problem. However, please reach out to SSDT if you feel your district was also impacted. A couple of key ways to identify if a district was impacted would be if they have a closed fiscal year but they did not receive their fiscal year report bundle and depreciation adjustments were not posted.
