Summary
This release of the SSDT Inventory application contains the following bug fix and new feature as detailed below.
Improvements
A new Monitor menu option is available under the System menu for admin users only. This new view currently displays the application log and security logs. This feature will be further developed later to include additional information.
Bug Fix
The upload file size limit has been increased from 10mb to 100mb.
Depreciation calculation when a fiscal year is closed for items that have had their depreciation recalculated has been corrected.
Patch
Patch to post missing transfer transactions. This patch impacts specific districts and creates missing transfer transactions. The missing transfers are related to a bug in the software that was fixed with the v2025.7.2 Hotfix on October 28, 2025. At this time we discovered there were missing disposition transactions. The application incorrectly allowed users to modify the item and change the status of the item to “Disposed of”. When disposing of an item, a disposition transaction should be posted. When we were correcting this problem we determined that this bug also impacted transfers, as the application also allowed modifying the item to change the value of the fund, function and asset class. These changes are now restricted to processing transfer transactions. The “missing” transfer transactions related to the bug in the edit item operation were created with this patch.
Note: the patch to create the “missing” disposition transactions was included on the 2025.7.2 Hotfix.
ITCs with districts that had their data patched to create the missing transfers have been contacted.
All updates for this release
