Bug Fixes

• Five Year Forecast data tab modified to remove beginning balance calculation.  The prior year's ending balance is now being used to populate the next fiscal year beginning balance.

• A problem causing the creation of the code custom field to fail has been corrected.

Improvements

• Updated the description for Forecast Line # 1.050 to be "State Share of Local Property Taxes" per ODE.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug with converting personal leave to sick leave when amount to accumulate would be negative.

  • If employee has .5 PL days, it will now carry over to PL and no changes to PL or SI.  If employee had 1.5 PL days, 1 would carry over and .5 would convert to sick.

• A bug in Historical Payroll Item was introduced in the 7.0.0 release, when trying to view Payroll Payments Highlight Viewer, this caused errors displaying the page.

• A bug was found when creating of a 'Code' in Custom Fields Definition, resulting in an error

Improvements

• Use compensation Calendar Stop Date when determining how many days are paid in a payroll period

  • A calendar stop date on the Compensations will be used in determining how an employee is paid.  If a calendar stop date is prior to the payroll begin date and they have money in Accrued pay, then the pay type for pay report will show ACC (not REG) and no work days for that pay.

• Update was made to employee dashboard to migrate from Custom Field Employee photo to use the new Employee Photo entity
