• Work to implement posting encumbrance adjustments has been done.  The option will be available in the application on a later release.

Bug Fixes

• Hotfix: corrected problems with the recent improvements to the canned Financial Detail report.  We previously missed allowing the report to be sorted/subtotaled by 1 digit object code.  We also introduced a problem that resulted in access denied errors for some users. These problems have been corrected.

Improvements

• New Contract calculated unit amounts calculation using original compensation workdays.

  • If the Workdays were wrong from the beginning of New Contract and a Mid-year change was used to correct this, it was using original workdays in calculation, now it will use the new Workdays entered

• Expenditure Accounts - rename properties.

  • Expenditure Account and USAS Expenditure Account were storing account dimensions as accountDimension1, accountDimension2, accountDimension3, accountDimension4, accountDimension5, accountDimension6, accountDimension7, accountDimension8. To help make the grids and other user interfaces easier to understand, these properties have been renamed to match the USAS Expenditure Account properties (i.e. fund, func, etc...
