  • Redesign Newsletter Article

      • Discuss January newsletter format and what needs to be added/deleted/changed

        • Keep Redesign status, image of map and add the 'did you know' option on side blurb

      • Volunteers to write articles for upcoming editions... articles could coincide with time of year.. (i.e. budgeting or forecast articles in April or May) 

        • Wave Status: Do you feel it's necessary to provide a consistent wave status article since we have a scoreboard/map?  Felt it wasn't necessary.. the status block is our indicator

      • Article Assigning and Uploading wiki page

        • Deadline to submit article is by the 1st of the month so I have time to format the newsletter and release it to the public

    • Starting to add articles to the Knowledge Base in Service Desk for ITC support staff and I will see if we can somehow link these to the documentation.  But in what format?

      • We discussed adding tips to the documentation.. SSDT will start that.

Regional Demonstrations for Districts

  • We discussed regional training... Currently, SSDT fiscal support staff is extremely short-staffed so no in-person training scheduled in the near future

  • USAS-R training at OASBO annual workshop Tuesday 4/23
    
    

    • - 9:30-12:00 - training covering USPS-R tips/tricks and reports
      - 1:00-3:30 - training covering USAS-R tips/tricks and reports 
      - 3:30-4:15 - panel discussion involving treasurers office staff who are currently using the software

    • Need your suggestions on what should be covered for a large crowd. 

ITC Fiscal Support Staff

  • When and in what format (webinar or hands-on)? Decided webinar would be sufficient

  • When?

    • Brought back Fridays with Fiscal.. we will hold one USAS and one USPS session per month.  Every other month, we will dedicate the Friday webinar to recent Release highlights.. covering major highlights on the last few releases.  Other Friday sessions will be topics relative to that time period and any requested topics ITC support staff has given us.

• Topics for Today's Meeting

  • Schedule Redesign training with ITCs.. (replacement for 'beginner' and 'intermediate' training.  We are going to start this up in May and have decided on breaking it down into segments so we don't devote an entire day or three. 

  • Any thoughts on how you would like this accomplished?
