USAS v2025.6.0 Release Notes

Summary

This release of USAS-R contains the following improvements detailed in the release notes below.  Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release.  There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes.  General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS-R Documentation.  There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and Classic USAS. 

Important Highlights

Improvements

• User import has been updated to allow modifying usernames. The UUID of the user object must be included in the import file in order to modify existing users.

• Ability to delete a workflow from the Workflows Admin grid. This process will not recall or reject any existing approval status on the requisition and does not impact the requisition itself, it simply removes the workflow associated with the requisition. This feature is intended to be used when workflows exist in error and need to be removed.

Bug Fixes/Patch

• Updated the Audit report to correctly show changes to custom fields. Use case: If only a custom field was modified on an object, the change previously would not show on the audit report.

• Updated the column sizes on the Certificate reports to widen the columns and properly display a value in the 10 millions.

• Patch for a specific district to clean up bad data from the Classic migration.

Internal

• Create a public REST api for Budget and Expenditure.

• Continued internal refactoring to improve the build process.
