USAS v2025.7.0 Release Notes

Summary

This release of USAS-R contains the following improvements detailed in the release notes below.  Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release.  There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes.  General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS-R Documentation.  There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and Classic USAS. 

Important Highlights

Improvements

• Updated the report link for canned reports to include user parameters

  • The following reports are impacted by this change:

    • Account Activity - both Budget and Revenue

    • Account Status

    • Audit

    • Budget Summary - the report link icon has been added

    • Disbursement Detail - the report link icon has been added

    • Financial Detail

    • Purchase Order Detail

  • In addition, for the Financial Detail report only, the URL generated by the report link icon can be directly modified to change the user parameters and update the report contents.

Internal

• Created public REST api for Cash, Appropriation and Revenue accounts.

• Continued internal refactoring to improve the build process.
