USAS v2025.9.0 Release Notes

Summary

This release of USAS-R contains the following improvements detailed in the release notes below.  Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release.  There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes.  General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS-R Documentation.  There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and Classic USAS. 

Important Highlights

Improvements

• Improvements have been made to the Login Form to include the SSDT and MCOECN logos. The length of the username and password input boxes have been increased as well.

Bug Fixes/Patch

• Requisition import has been corrected to not require the account code. This is consistent with manual entry in the user interface.

• Account change request corrections

  • requests with a status of COMPLETED can no longer be modified

  • when modifying a request the account drop down boxes will now properly filter to only show the type accounts the request is for (expenditure or revenue)

• Discovery patch to return user preferences related to customizing grids and saved queries. Data to be used in future UI design.
