USAS v2025.13.0 Release Notes

Summary

This release of USAS-R contains the following improvements detailed in the release notes below.  Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release.  There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes.  General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS-R Documentation.  There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and Classic USAS. 

Important Highlights

Improvements

• The ability to mass disable/enable report bundles has been implemented on the Report Bundle grid.

  • A new select all check box has been added to the grid (as is available on most other grids) and two new buttons will allow you to Enable or Disable report bundles in mass. Selecting the checkbox at the top of the grid will select all rows visible in the grid. Once desired rows are selected simply click to Enable or Disable the selected bundles.

Bug Fixes/Patch

• Corrected the Fund Summary Report “All Amounts Zero” option to include received and cash amounts previously missed.

• Create public REST API for Vendors

• Create public REST API for Requisitions
