Summary
This release of USAS-R contains the following improvements detailed in the release notes below. Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release. There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes. General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS-R Documentation. There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and Classic USAS.

Improvements
The ability to create Email Templates has been implemented in AR. The new Email Template option can be found under the Accounts Receivable menu. Users can define as many email templates as they would like. The Name field is required and must be unique. If the FROM email address is not populated in the template it will be required when sending the Billing(s). This new feature has full create/read/update and delete operations as well as a clone option.
From the Billing grid, users can then choose to select bills and then click the Email button on the grid. From there a popup will display containing a template selection (the template flagged as the default template will be populated initially). Any of the fields can be modified/customized prior to sending the email. Modifications at this point will not impact the saved template, only the email about to be sent.
The ability to set a default template is available. Only one template may be designated as the default template.
The addition of this new feature removes the AR Billing Email Configuration under the System menu and moves that data into a default email template for the district. See patch details below.
Bug Fixes/Patch
A patch was created to remove the AR Billing Email Configuration and move that data to a new Default email template. The patch will also create a Blank email template that contains the From email address only.
