Summary
This is the first hotfix release for the 2025.11.0 version.
Important Highlights
This hotfix corrects the following problems.
Bug Fix
Corrected the limitations for SCCs restrictions implemented by AOS to the general fund only.
AOS has restricted the use of the following range of Special Cost Centers (SCCs) with regard to the general fund (001) only: 900X - 999Y. This means that any cash account with fund 001 and a SCC that starts with a 9 and ends in X, Y or Z are now reserved by AOS and should not be used at the district unless AOS or DEW instructs the use.
Any other (non 001) fund can utilize SCCs in the range of 900X - 999Z to create cash accounts.
Voiding disbursements incorrectly created duplicate payable journals.
