USAS v2025.19.0 Release Notes

Summary

This release of USAS-R contains the following improvements detailed in the release notes below.  Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release.  There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes.  General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS-R Documentation.  There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and Classic USAS. 

Important Highlights

Improvements

• Account change performance improvements: we have made significant performance improvements to the account change process. Additional improvements will continue to be released.

  • Requisition processing

  • Receipt processing

  • Refund processing

• Implemented the ability to import AR Billing transactions via spreadsheet. There is now an Import button on the AR Billing grid that will accept a CSV file like our other import features. User documentation will be updated soon. Until then, here is a sample spreadsheet which contains all possible fields to be uploaded .

  • The following header fields are required: code, customer, location, line number, amount, account

  • If the date field is not provided, the value will default to the current date

  • If choosing to allow the billing number to auto assign, leave that value blank. The line number for the items will indicate a new billing; when item number 1 is encountered a new billing will be created.

  • If you have populated the Days Till Due value on the Ledger Code, the due date will be populated like it does when processing Billings in the UI.

Bug Fixes/Patch

• Patch district data to remove erroneous future posting period (specific district)

Internal

• Created public REST api for POs
