Summary

This release of USAS-R contains the following improvements detailed in the release notes below.  Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release.  There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes.  General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS-R Documentation.  There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and Classic USAS.

Improvements

• Subject code changes per DEW for FY 26 have been updated

• An option to send Audit Jobs Immediately has been added to the Job Scheduler “create” option. This will allow Audit Jobs (only) to be submitted immediately instead of having to schedule.

Bug Fixes

• Corrected a problem with the canned report save/recall that prevented users from accessing the Account Status Report UI. When a canned report UI loads it populates the form with the “most recent” report run by default. If the values entered in the “most recent” report run are invalid or cause errors, it prevented the report UI from loading. This was reported with the canned Account Status Report, however we have corrected this for all canned reports. If invalid user parameters are entered, the “most recent” report run will not be saved and users will be provided error messages indicating the erroneous value.

• Corrected an account change bug specific to prior year POs with only partial cancel or full cancel invoices (no payments). In this case the encumbrances were not being handled properly on the old/from account, which caused the encumbrances to be inflated on the PO as a result of the account change. Reversal charges will now display (as a negative amount) in this case to reduce the encumbrance on the old/from account.
