USAS v2025.22.0 Release Notes

Summary

This release of USAS-R contains the following improvements detailed in the release notes below.  Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release.  There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes.  General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS-R Documentation.  There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and Classic USAS. 

Important Highlights

Improvements

• Improved the account change job process to require the “to account” to be active. This change will double check that that account is active prior to running the account change job. Users will be notified if the account has become inactive.

  • Scenario: account was active when the account change request was created but then became inactive before the account change job was run.

• Internal changes related to the account change job status that will be reflected in the UI in a later issue.

Bug Fixes/Patch

• Prevent multiple AR vendor customers to be linked to a single USAS vendor.

• Patch to correct duplicate vendor customer for a specific district

• Updates to the Monthly Report Bundle

  • Outstanding Disbursement Summary does not include start/stop date parameters, will report on ALL outstanding disbursements

  • The Financial Summary by Fund report generates for the correct period (bundle posting period)
