Summary
This release of USAS-R contains the following improvements, detailed in the release notes below. Please keep in mind that these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release. Many other features of the software that were previously released will not be reflected in these release notes. General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS-R Documentation. The documentation also includes a section that details the significant changes between USAS-R and Classic USAS.

Improvements
Implemented additional FY25 Subject code changes per DEW/EMIS manual
Bug Fix
Corrected the account change detail view fiscal year value when viewing prior fiscal year account change requests
Patch
Patch to update the account code on Accounts Receivable (AR) Billing and Payment transactions and their associated AR Ledgers when an account change has been processed. Previously the account change process was not updating AR transactions, specifically Billings and Payments. This patch searches for Billings and Payments that have accounts that have had an account change run and updates the Billing, Payment and AR Ledger to reflect the changed account. This patch will update transactions in all applicable fiscal years.
