Summary
This is the second hotfix release for the 2026.10.0 version.
Important Highlights
This hotfix corrects the following problem.
Improvement
Improved the budgeting process to prevent users from budgeting to inactive accounts with stop dates.
Updated the account change job to set a stop date of 6/30/FY (where FY is the fiscal year the account change was processed) when updating the status on the old account.
Patch
Patch to correct any future fiscal year transactions related to current fiscal year account change jobs.
If you had previously processed an account change or cash account change in this fiscal year (2026) and the accounts had existing transactions in fiscal year 2027 when the job ran, patch will update those transactions for you so the correct account is associated.
Patch to update all accounts that were account changed in fiscal year 2026 to add a stop date of 6/30/2026. If an account has an existing stop date it will not be updated.
