This release contains bug fixes and report improvements as detailed in the release notes below.

Important Highlights

Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release.  There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes.  General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS-R Documentation.  There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and classic USAS. 

1. Improved the Void Refund Ledger Report to properly report on void refunds.

2. Improved the SSDT Post Import Closed Purchase Orders with Remaining Balance report to include the po item number to assist ITCs with post import balancing.

3. Corrected a problem with the exclusion of accounts with all amounts zero that impacted the Cash Summary report.

4. Corrected a problem that caused a rule to fire preventing an Account Change from processing.

5. Updated AP Invoices to prevent modifying the vendor number when posting invoices. This change was specific to non multi-vendor purchase orders.

6. Added the new 509 fund per AOS.

   1. 509 Title IV, Part B 21st Century Learning Centers

      Authority:  Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance #84.287   

      Purpose:  This program supports the creation of community learning centers that provide academic enrichment opportunities during non-school hours for children, particularly students who attend high-poverty and low-performing schools. The program helps students meet state and local student standards in core academic subjects, such as reading and math; offers students a broad array of enrichment activities that can complement their regular academic programs; and offers literacy and other educational services to the families of participating children.

      Classification: Governmental Fund Type, Special Revenue Fund

We are working to improve performance in the following areas as reported through feedback.

4. Budget Summary report generation performance needs to be improved
