Summary

This is the second hotfix release for version 7.9.0.  This hotfix is to release updates to correct various reported problems and refinements within the USAS application. 

Specific corrections and improvements

  • Corrected a problem with a third party vendor when they query for a po that does not exist.  

  • Improved the process to apply proposed amounts by allowing the district to decide if they are updating their gaap figures when they post their temporary amounts. 

  • Corrected a problem that prevented invoicing a po from a prior fiscal year that had no remaining encumbrance.

  • Corrected the refund import to properly import refunds that are associated to more than one check.



A hotfix or quick-fix is typically a single change that addresses a problem in the software.  Hotfixes are made to address a specific concern and provide a quick solution.

Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release. There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes. General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS Documentation. There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and classic USAS. 



Known Issues

We discovered a few minor problems with the new Expenditure and Revenue transactions that replaced the Adds/Deducts option.  Those problems will be corrected under hotfix 7.9.3 via Jira issue https://mcoecn.atlassian.net/browse/USASR-3342.
