Summary

This release contains bug fixes, exciting new features, various report improvements and patches as detailed in the full release notes below.

Important Highlights

  1. Vendor New Hire reporting has been implemented and is available from the Report menu.

  2. Vendor YTD amounts can now be adjusted via the Vendor Adjustments button in the vendor view.  You'll also notice there is a YTD Taxable Total visible in the Amounts section on the vendor.  This is the amount that will be reported to the IRS via 1099s.  Currently all disbursements will be reflected in the taxable total.  If the vendor YTD needs to be modified you can post an adjustment (+/-) modify the amount and by default the taxable amount will be updated.

  3. Adjustments to cash can now be entered via the Cash Adjustments button in the cash account view.  This is how users will enter audit adjustments if needed.  The ability to process these cash adjustments will require a special permission.  

  4. The ability to reverse a receipt has been implemented.

  5. An Outstanding Disbursement Summary report is now available.  This report will show all disbursements that are outstanding for the current period.

  6. Corrected a problem introduced in the 7.12.0 release with regard to importing Classic's ADJUST date/time.

Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release.  There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes.  General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS Documentation.  There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and classic USAS. 



Known Limitations

  1. The Inventory Pending Extract does not currently contain all invoice items that it should.  We are working to correct the problem and have reached out to all ITCs that have districts on the Redesign to determine who may be using it.

  2. The Listing of Transactions by Account report is not properly reporting encumbrances.

  3. Auto assign preferences for requisitions.   https://mcoecn.atlassian.net/browse/USASR-352

  4. The Expense/Receipt worksheets, while they provide 3 years of history, those amounts are not currently being subtotaled by control breaks.  We've created Jira issue https://mcoecn.atlassian.net/browse/USASR-3275 to allow those amounts to be subtotaled.  This issue will also allow the data to display in separate columns if included on the budgeting spreadsheets via the Budget Scenarios.

  5. Page Break option prevents report from generating https://mcoecn.atlassian.net/browse/USASR-3335

  6. The Financial Detail report does not include beginning and ending balances.

  1. Implement a proration utility that can be used as a replacement for Classic's WORKCOMP
