Summary
This is the fifth hotfix release for version 7.19. This hotfix will make the following improvements:
The effective date being used for the PURGEDAMTS* invoices will be the same date as the last full invoice. This will ensure the partial invoices are posted before the full invoice and a more sensible date will be used.
Implement a consistent order of processing by using the invoice created date in place of the invoice number.  In most cases, the effective date is the invoice date. But if the invoice date is the same for multiple invoices, we're looking at the created date in an effort to order them consistently.Â
Create missing posting periods and set them to closed and archived when appropriate.
A hotfix or quick-fix is typically a single change that addresses a problem in the software.  Hotfixes are made to address a specific concern and provide a quick solution.
Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release. There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes. General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS Documentation. There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and classic USAS.Â
