USAS-R v7.20.3-4 Release Notes

Summary

This is the third hotfix release for version 7.20.  This hotfix includes a correction to the rule that governs creating and updating transactions with regard to posting periods.  The rule was not preventing the creation of transactions with dates in a prior fiscal year when posted via a third party vendor via the soap service.  The rule has been corrected.

Note:  At this point we've had 2 districts report the creation of transactions using prior fiscal year dates.  Please notify the SSDT if a district reports a problem with a transaction that has a created date in the current fiscal year but a transaction date in a prior fiscal year.

A hotfix or quick-fix is typically a single change that addresses a problem in the software.  Hotfixes are made to address a specific concern and provide a quick solution.

Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release. There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes.
