USAS-R v7.28.1-2 Release Notes

Summary

This is the first hotfix release for version 7.28.  This hotfix corrects a performance problem introduced with the 7.27.0 release.  We modified the method that returns the initial amount and did so in a way that introduced a performance problem.  This hotfix will improve performance of reports that include the initial estimate amount and potentially account grids if the initial amount property had been added.  

The Appropriation Resolution report will now run faster as a result of this improvement.

A hotfix or quick-fix is typically a single change that addresses a problem in the software.  Hotfixes are made to address a specific concern and provide a quick solution.

Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release. There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes. There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and classic USAS.
