Summary
This is the first hotfix release for version 8.3.0. This hotfix corrects the following
A correction to the recent SOAP Bridge changes that produced a null pointer exception when posting a split item through third party software.
A correction to the appropriated amounts to properly mark temporary initials as replaced if a permanent also exists for that fiscal year. This correction includes a patch that will review existing transactions and properly update the temporary initials, marking them as replaced if a permanent initial exists for that fiscal year. This will correct the inflated appropriated amounts.
