The 'Organization' refers to district information such as the district address as well as other ID numbers that are unique to a particular district. 

The 'Central Office Square Footage' is required to be filled in for the Financial EMIS Reporting Period and will be included in the EMIS Extract.

The 'ITC IRN' was also previously included in the EMIS Extract; however, it is no longer required per the EMIS Manual, Section 5.3 for Organization General Information.

Edit

  1. From the Core menu select "Organization."

  2. Click image-20240529-164724.png to edit the information.  Only the fields that are allowed to be edited will be displayed.

  3. Click on image-20240529-164741.png to save the changes; click on image-20240529-164806.png to leave the information as is.
