Important highlights from this release

• Bug Fixes

  • Quarter Report not applying applicable gross adjustments of Medicare Pickup Amounts.

    • A new flag was added to the Adjustment Journal and it is used on the Quarter Report to help split the pickup amounts into the correct totals.

  • Reporting Entity Summary Report - correct bug causing errors with EMIS vacation counting.

• Improvements

  • Update ACH Source and Service to follow new NACHA standards for Company Entry Description.

    • This USPS default of this field has always been PAYROLL and now NACHA requires this for all payroll transactions.

    • Going forward anything value in the field will always be PAYROLL + the first 3 characters (if applicable) of the ACH Source / Batch and Detail Record Information / Entry Description property.

  • Improve the Management Council logo on the login view.

• New Features

  • A new CSV report has been added to assist with the GASB 101. This report was created with the help of the Auditors of State office. It will not have everything required for the GASB 101, but will help get districts started.

• Internal

  • Add new endpoint for ESS Date Code notifications.

  • Add employee zid and credential id to the Employee Selection endpoints.
