  • STRS Advance Fiscal Year to Date Report

    • This report has been updated to property reflect advance amounts for mid-year retiree employees.

      • Mid-Year retiree employees have two lines on the report; one for the regular employee amounts and one for the retiree amounts. Prior to this hotfix, the advance amount for the employee was displaying on both regular and retiree lines. The advance amount on applies to the retiree amount and will now only be displayed on this line.

    • The STRS Advance submission report has been updated in the same way. The file contains two lines for a mid-year retiree. Prior to the this hotfix, the advance amount was included on both lines. Now the advance amount will only be included with the retiree line on the submission file.

  • The validation for mismatch of rehired / retiree flag on STRS items for employees who have multiple STRS items at the position level has been updated to not include archived STRS items.
