USPS 2025.21.0 Release Notes

This release of USPS contains four patches that will run at startup. Startup could be delayed up to 45 mins while these patches are applied.

Patch 1 will delete a payroll item for a specific district.

Patch 2 will migrate other credential custom fields to the Employee database table.

Patch 3 will migrate ECE qualifications custom field to the Employee database table.

Patch 4 will migrate Position Type custom field to the Position database table.

All custom field patches will update any reports, mass change definitions, queries, etc that were using the old custom fields to use the new employee or position properties.

For Mass Load, the headers for these properties have changed to:

        • Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or Childhood Development

      • THREE

        • Enrolled in an Associate Degree program in Early Childhood Ed

      • FOUR

        • Enrolled in Bachelors Degree program in Early Child Ed, Child Devel

      • FIVE

        • Enrolled in Masters or higher Degree program in Early Childhood Ed

      • SIX

        • Masters or higher in Early Child Ed, Child Develop or Approved Relat
